listening live to Radio 4
« on: January 27, 2011, 10:13:22 AM »
Recently I have noticed that live radio 4 is not clear I can get it but the constant crackles make it unpleasant.
Listening to previously broadcast programmes or other bbc radio channels has no problems.
I called ttnet as 2 lights of my new modem ( lightening upset the last one - I had the electric off but had not disconnected the telephone line) kept flashing rapidly - then I noticed this is what happens when the line is active  :-\.
Anyway does anybody know if radio 4 are discouraging live listeners?
Please.

Suggest you Google UK free tv - there seems to be a digital switch over problem 'cos it's causing some hassle in some areas.Yes I realise that it is a bit " anorakish " but the site is informative and you can watch tv live on one of the side boxes. Enjoy !
