I have had no Virgin e mail service (blueyonder) since Friday. Their service status page shows a fault in my area. Service was promised to be restored by 2200 on 27/03/11 now 2200 on 28/03/11.
I called their help line and the bloke was able to confirm that there was a fault and he was getting the same results as me when trying to log on. Varied messages - fault/wrong user name or password/caps lock on?
Anyone else having the same problem?

Still unable to connect from here and their main site where I could check the service status is 'temporarily unavailable'.

Finally got my e mail back.
I have no idea what the problem was.
I kept telephoning complaining of the loss of service.
No one was prepared to discuss the problem. I was just told that there was a technical problem and it was being dealt with.
The last call today was taken by a call centre in the UK where an interest was taken in my complaint.
Half an hour ago someone called from their Technical Dept telling me that the service was restored.
The service status page still shows a fault in my area.
Now moving all my important contacts from Virgin's e mail services.
