Have just done a speed test Download was 4.37 and Upload was 0.67. Is this about normal??? Did try to do a search but couldnt find anything. Rick has cleaned my computer so no baggage to slow it down.

Firstly it depends what speed you are paying for - let us know that

that is good for where you are Barbara if you are not loosing connection at all, you could ask them to increase it up too 8mb which is what you pay for, the new fibre optic cables came past your house so should be ok for 8mb

after 7 months and 5 visits to the telecom building we have 3.5mb...... which makes a change as it was half a mb. a few days ago.. and we pay for "up to" 8mb.. So i would say your doing ok

Paying for 8. Just did a test and I got 6.09 Download and 0.65 Upload! I am impressed!!
