Having problems trying to download on my phone and computer today. itunes doesn't recognise my password and it won't go to the page to remind me or re-set it.

Can anyone else get in?

I was trying to download the new BBC iplayer app for the iphone as it's only been on the ipad previously.

No problems signing in here stoop - I have had that recently though and I just changed my password as requested.

I cannot open the page to re-set it. It says it cannot connect or the page is down. I've tried using it on 3g just in case it's my wifi connection but it's the same. Also cannot log Maggie on with her id and password.

Have you tired downloading any apps? Have you got the new BBC iplayer for iphone?

Weird! It seems to be working again now. At least it's downloading my updates.
