I don't think I would either. An expert will be along soon.    :)

There is a Software Removal tool available from Google, which by the looks of it s in Beta testing.  Have a look at it here to see if you want it https://www.google.co.uk/chrome/srt/but like others I would not recommend clicking through either of the buttons you have shown in your shot.

Sorry I should have added that there is also available from Microsoft a (Malicious) Software Removal Tool.   Loaded it myself some months back, but it did not do much of a job for me with the bit of malicious malware I had on my laptop affecting the browser, but then again nor did AVG protect me from the malware in the first place!!

Thanks all.

ESET on PC, Avast on laptop.

My PC seems OK but not the laptop which I confess to not understanding.

That's only because there isn't a "F*** Off" option.

Gordon have a word with the in-house expert.  If you suspect an e-mail or 'offer' by some other means, do not click ANY of the options, all will lead to grief.

I can not believe Gordon is listening to me, he the one who constantly clicks on everything!!!
Example:
Find out what colour your Aura
How old is your brain (Don't go there)
What era should you have been born
What is your IQ
the list is endless, then the scream, LORRAINE!!!! my computer is doing strange things!!! again  : :)
