Mrs B uses a CPAP respirator to help with her sleep apnea.
During the bad storm a couple of weeks ago whilst in Ovacik the respirator took a power surge rendering it u/s.
After much ringing around the hospitals, doctors and medical insurance and calling friends who could help we came across the ACIL Medical Market on the one way system by the fish market.
The shop had two different units in stock and the guy was very knowledgeable in demonstrating the units to us then set the unit up to work as the old one. He also spoke better English than me ;)
We were very impressed with the shop and it seems to cater for many medical needs.
The only downside was the price of 4000 TL. That said it was a fair bit cheaper than the UK price.
I now have to convince the insurance to part with some cash.
