Title: Gaining access to rental forum

Do you have to be on a complex or can any home owner gain access to this part of the site...?  I emailed my details to Crabbit ages ago but am still unable to gain access...  

Any one got any ideas...?

First i make two entries one of which is empty.. then i can't even sign my name...
