Kathryn, you could have one big party on your hands, now that you've mentioned nice cold efes!  Get the efes in, and we'll all bring over D1 forms from the post office!  We'll be over on the 26th!

Kathryn. Most government forms can now be downloaded and printed on line. Just a thought that might help.

I have tried but as I need to change both my name and address - new uk address as well! I apparently need to complete this form and send relevant docs etc! Thanks anyway
