Just go onto a few websites and check. There are many agents selling houses there.

As far as I know you cannot actualy purchase property in Olu Deniz but you can up the hill in Ovacik.

i think they charge more for properties there like in gocek
overpriced, its a beautiful view there

Linda - I don't have much to keep on but I don't see why I should do your 'legwork' for you. Try google - you will find Olu properties for sale are mostly in Hisaronu :)

There are no properties for sale in Olu Deniz. This is because there are no residential properties in Olu Deniz.

In Turkey there are residential, commercial and agricultural lands...Oludeniz only have either commercial and agricultural lands available...so no houses. but if you are very very reach and want somewhere in oludeniz you can buy agricultural land(approx 1000 sqm about 1 million dollars ) and build on it about %5 percent of your land....
so as the prices are so high no properties for sale.....
