I would like to make a lemon meringue pie but all the recipes i look at say to use cream of tartar in the meringue,does anyone know what is the equivalent to that here in turkey.Also castor sugar.I have ordinary sugar and icing sugar.
Has anyone got a good easy recipe. Any help appreciated.:PThanks

Just put your sugar in the blender for a few seconds to make it into castor sugar. Cream of tartar not required.
