They now do a Lemon flavoured SR Flour and also a Wholemeal Flour (Kepekli Onu) which is in a brown bag.

on the bottom it says kabartma tozu icerir which means "with baking powder". I usually just buy the small kabartma tozu sachets and add them to plain flour. cheaper. Happy baking!
