Does anyone know if Ikea in Izmir sell their packets of meatball sauce? I love it on kofte.

you can make it yourself, just mix normal gravy granules with hot milk instead of hot water, and maybe a dash of cream if you like it creamier, tastes just the same!

Convince the family it's the genuine article by calling it a stupid name, like TOG or BUKT

We shall try that one as we both like the Ikea meatballs and the sauce.  Its a long way to go though for that treat .  All we need now is for someone to bring us some meatballs!! lol

I find that Kofte can be a reasonable substitute for meatballs. I shall try the gravy granule recipe sauce too,thanks!!!! :)
