Hi again everyone

I know this sounds like a never ending saga but we should have in our hands, the last piece of paper work by the 27th Oct.

We haven't closed down or gone home (some of the various rumours Ive heard) we have been opening the shop from 10 till 4 everyday and we will always pop down if you give us a call out of hours, its only 5mins from our house.

This has been the most difficult and traumatic 9 months of our lives and we are looking forward to the business thriving over the winter months and into the future.

I really need to thank everyone for their support and help especially Alison AKA Dippy who did an massive amount of work for me that really helped us secure the future of the company,  I still owe her at least a billion drinks!! Luv ya xx

Just arrived home yesterday morning.  We went in search for the sausage shop on Tuesday last week and I went again on Thursday without success.  I even told a neighbour who's staying in thier apartment for a few months and they thought I'd sent them on this wild goose chase (or should I say Sausage search)because they couldn't find it either.  We'll have to try again next time!  Elsa

Hi Elsa

Sorry you didn't find us, the actual address is Akarca Mahallesi, 893 sok No 11.  If you find the road that is at the side of the New State Hospital, with all the chemists on it we are behind Ada Eczanesi. Set construction are above us and have huge signs and flags right out side the door.

We do have a sign but as we were not allowed to put it in English its not a lot of good as it says HOBBS AiLE SOSiSLERi, Hobbs Family Sausages in turkish.  We have been told that when this final piece of paper actually arrives we will be allowed to put up signs in english as well!

Sorry to all the people that try to find us and don't, please email me for my mobile number and we will arrange to meet you in calis or deliver to your home.

Lesley

Hi Lindi

We don't at the moment but I am looking for a recipe.  As you will have read here we have had many problems with the bureaucracy here and lots of line like gluten free and vegetarian ranges have had to wait.  As soon as we get all in place we will be doing more...... I promise

Lesley
