We are looking for someone to re-cover our suite. It is of good quality and don't want to replace it.  Does anyone know a shop that can do this? There used to be a place by us in Tasyaka but of course now we need it, it has gone. Has anyone had theirs done?

Anne there's an upholstery shop on the main dolmus route into Fethyie.  I've passed it loads of times but now can't think of exactly where it is (lol) I think it's on the same row of little lock up type shops on the left as your heading towards the dolmus station.

When you find one, get an estimate first.  I know over here it can be cheaper to buy a new suite that get an old one re-covered.  I use a local Upholster for my business and have seen some of the suites he re-covers and sometimes am amazed at what people pay for this service,  he is one of the most reasonably priced Upholsterers I know.   Ask for fire retardant upholstery material, which is the law here but may not be in Turkey.  Also it's a good idea to be there when the old material is removed in case new springs, or struts need to be used, this, again puts up the price.  I know my guy brings in customers to show them worn parts that need replacing before he does the re-covering.
It would be interesting to know the costs in Turkey.

Where is the Mugla roundabout. Do you mean by the Migros Lokanta's?  Sorry to be so slow in replying Sarah.
