Last year we went on the trip to Ephesus/Pammukale and had a great time. Went in October so weather was a bit cooler than main Summer.
This year we had relatives to visit so encouraged them to book the trip which they did. The amount for the trip was reasonable.
The sightseeing was really good, however they found the hotel they stayed in overnight was lacking in many areas.
No milk for coffee in the dining room, (told by staff they had none)
Shower in room was broken (told it they had to hold it if they wanted to shower)
Food was poor, when they told/complained to the guide he said they had used this hotel for 4 years and found it had been ok in the past.
Anyone else had this experience ?
We will be speaking to the guy we booked the tour with in Calis because we do not want to book this for other family members
