Is it a cab or a Dolmus to get there?

Coming from Calis on the dolmus. When the dolmus turns right after Migros and on to Fethiye get off at the Yapi Market which is after the shell garage both on the left. Walk up and down there and on both sides of the road there are a good few lighting shops. Star Electric a bit further on have a good choice and barter with them all. DO NOT pay what they first say. There is a good lighting shop before Migros on the left hand side coming into Fethiye. Fethiye light centre is a long way on without a car and not all that cheap anymore.

We used the light shop just before Migros that Mercury mentions but I'm afraid can't remember the name of the shop to fit out our apartment with lights. They have a very good selection. Paid for the lights in the morning, fitted in the afternoon.

If you intend to fit your own lights take some connector blocks over to connect the wires as the standard in Turkey is to twist the wires together and wrap a bit of tape around them.

I wouldnt risk fitting your own lights here. Never seen such a tangled mess of wires when our electrician came.

There's another light fitting shop on the back road in Fethiye, if you go from the dolmus terminus down the side of the fish market & then turn left it on the opposite side of the road, when you reach the back road. All fitting was included in the price & light bulbs too
