Just Emailed my neighbour and she says it's true, but she has little knowledge of details, she will send me more information when she gets it, and I'll update accordingly.

Yes, apparently it's true. Somebody close to Manzara told me about this.

Latest from rumour control is that it's a rumour - I think it's best if we just wait for confirmation   ;)

Somebody from our Manzara complex has been there today, all seemed to be normal. They have however had problems with some employees with regards to fraud (allegedly)

A friend of mine works for Manzara and I asked him directly an hour or so ago and he denied it said it was all talk but to be honest the body language suggested something isn't quite right so it looks like a wait and see situation.

The printer guy who is in the ground floor space of the big Manzara office has been told that the building has been sold and that he will most likely have to move his business.

Well that's say's it all if it's on Facebook it must be true .....   Manzara are in trouble and yes it was one of there so called trusted employees that helped themselves and it was a considerable sum of money , but they still have men building away at Paradise Villas and other sites throughout the area. I have heard through my solicitor that Manzara are now in the process of trying to sell off some of their Assets etc to try and re-coup some of the money that was stolen . This is a big Construction Company with a very wealthy Family let's hope that one bad apple does'nt cost a lot of people there jobs and a load of heartache for people who do have business with them .  As one said let's wait and see before we make any more damaging judgments .
