That's the special consumption tax been hiked again, 10% increase on spirits over 22% which will probably mean a 4-5% increase in retail price. Cigarettes got a 7 kurus per pack increase which, according to HDN's maths will see a 50 kurus increase at retail!
More money to prop up the lira, maybe.
