In July I reported (link below) that Isil Eser (Amnesty International Director in Turkey) had been imprisoned on terrorism charges. Amnesty have just emailed that, after four months in gaol in Istanbul, she has been released on bail. Not a huge victory but at least a step in the right direction - and there are far too few of those in Turkey.
