I have a full TAPU, receive my electricity via a transformer on a adjacent site which is still under construction. My meter is being read by an agent of construction site, and I am charged at the same rate as the residents on the construction site who have not got full TAPU. Does any one know the rules regarding this? can I apply for the normal tarrif?
If any one knows,can they please contact me, as the adjacent site is taking years to construct.
