According to the Daily Sabah (reported on Fethiye Ex pat site on Facebook) there are to be changes in the rules for smoking in restaurants etc. It points out the changes will be made as part of a new anti smoking campaign, pointing out that in restaurants etc. 70% of the customers are non smokers but they are restricted to the back of the restaurants, whilst the minority(30%) smokers are offered the best places at the front. They seem to think the answer to this would be for restaurants to have a 'cabin' with air con so smokers could use this. Any thoughts !?
