Title: Email password change

My email has been hacked & I am being forced to change my password. Problem is as part of the security questions, I'm being asked for my zip code. I tried my former UK postcode, the one I had when I set up the account, but it's not accepting it. Any ideas please?

I didn't think the CBF is set up to ask for a postcode. Liz?

No my email. just can't get passed that bit & cannot access my email at all at the mom. Just another chapter in a perfect week  :(
