a new ploy to infect your machine
You receive an email saying you have been sent an ecard, when you go to download you are actually downloading an executable file that could infect your machine.
What can they do with this sort of file you might ask
These sort of files could contain anything including key loggers, hackers can follow your every move even down to your card details etc.
Never download anything until you have checked it was sent by someone you know.
