Please correct!!
merhaba Jules
Your Sentence 1 : Lütfen ben istiyorum. You should not use (lutfen) here, using (lutfen) is a little different. you can use when you request someone to do something or you request something from someone and usually it is used with an imperative verb form. Some examples:
Lütfen yemegini ye. Please eat your meal.
Lütfen isini iyi yap. Please do your job well.
Bir ekmek verebilir misiniz? Taze olsun lütfen. Can you give me a bread. Please give me freshly baked one.
2 bira lütfen. Two beer please ( I think everyone knows this )
Sende bes cümle yaz lütfen. Please you write five sentences as well.
Ben (you should write here what you want ) istiyorum. some examples :
Ben seni istiyorum. I want you.
Ben Türkçe konusmak istiyorum. I want to talk turkish
Ben Türkçeyi konusmak ve anlamak istiyorum. I want to speak and understand turkish
Ben yasamak istiyorum. I want to live.
ben sizden bunun gibi 5 cümle istiyorum. I want five sentences from you
(senin son yaz anliyordum ) sorry I could not understand this if you can write in english what you mean, I can correct it.
Benim Turkce anliyormusun? This is understandable, just it needs a suffix and it will be better.

I belive you will speak and understand Turkish soon Jules, keep practice
I am willing to help who really wants to learn Turkish
