Are there less postings on CBF lately

Normally i try to log in and catch up during my lunch hour mon - friday but lately i have been finding that i have read all the new posts within twenty five minutes or so of signing in,

am i reading quicker or are there less post ?

December is always the quietest month on CBF. Things pick up in January, increasing month on month every month till August, then tail off again towards December.

25th December is always the lowest visit/page view/posts day of the year. People must have other things to do that day

Thats good to here makes my lunch time much more enjoyable if i can get a good fix of CBF in LOL ...

Well as I always say - it's very easy, posts generate posts and a lack of posts generates a lack of posts.

Do you think the old format was more user friendly?
Or are the postings about the same?

I think the old format was more comfortable to people as they were used to it and I do think we lost a few people when we changed things. Sadly we couldn't stay on the old format as it hadn't been supported by it's authors for years. It may have felt a comfortable vessel to be on, but you couldn't see us below deck trying to plug all the leaks that were springing
