Ive always used the ethos that if you wouldn't wear it in your own town, then don't wear it in someone else's town. I have been disgusted at the way some tourists walk about while on holiday. They obviously cant have mirrors in their hotel/apartment!

Totally uncalled for      :)

Not in the street, at the markets, not at the shops and not at restaurant/cafes/bars - I wouldn't dare   :-[ :-[ :-[

Besides which the present Mrs H bought them for me when I wasn't even there. :-[

I agree, I saw a few bikini's in the market this week and bikini tops and men in swimming trunks.  I also noticed the way some of the local were looking at these tourists.

To me too, totally unacceptable. A couple of weeks ago I was waiting in Funda Watches in Fethiye centre, whilst they packaged a watch that they very kindly were donating to the 3C's auction. What can only be described as 4 naked beer bellies, none of them youngsters, walked past & then stood on the street corner swigging Efes from cans. A short time later they were joined by their OH's all dressed in bikini tops & miniscule beach skirts & likewise swiggin Efes. I found myself apologising to the shop owner

Would they dress similarly in shopping precincts in UK?
No, they'd be in all-day pajamas.
