My husband and I are are coming to Calis in January to look for a property to buy.  We are in our fifties and have had enough of England and want to live in Turkey ASAP.  Have looked at your website a lot and its been most helpful and everyone sounds so friendly. I am a bit of a computerphobe so I hope that someone gets to see this message.

Hello busybee, you will find lots of help on here, don't forget to watch Heidi on "I want that house" tomorrow.  We bought our place last January and we have not looked back and we are in a similar age bracket to you.

Have fun.

Hi Busybee and welcome! Good luck with your househunting in January hope you find what you are looking for. We bought through Keith and Heidi too (still ongoing in fact) and as Anne said can't praise them enough, they have made it a pretty stress free experience. Again don't miss Heidi on ITV tomorrow at 2pm!

Hi Everyone Again

Forgot to tell you our names - Barbara and Mick and we are from Southend on Sea Essex. Its so reassuring hearing from you guys.  Are there any bars open in Jnauary??  You have to get your priorities right.  It could be thirsty work house hunting.

You may be lucker than us, when we went it was freezing and only Anna's and the Orient were open, we huddled round their fires by day and by night in between house-hunting.  I think there are a few more places open this year as demand grows.

It was colder than I thought it would be - so be prepared!!

Welcome Busybee

You might be looking for a hot toddy in January, with an efes chaser of course.

Good luck.
