Title: The Death Penalty in the UK
Post by: Highlander on March 21, 2019, 21:00:21 PM: This is the dreadful case of Alesha MacPhail's rape and murder. :( :( :(

I have always thought that, on balance the death penalty should be an option in some cases.

This case has reinforced that thought and I think it should certainly have been an option for the judge.

So,this scumbag is going to cost the British Tax Payer about £1m during his 27 year sentence. On the other hand, a 9mm lead injection just behind his right ear would cost us about £1.25.

Totally unbelievable the comments this scumbag made he is a danger to society.
Same goes for James Bulger’s killers they should be hanged.

I don’t know the full story but Tina Malone ( Shameless) had to go to court and just missed getting a prison sentence and has to pay £10,000 fine for sharing something on fb about the identity of one of those evil scum of little James, she seems genuine that she was pretty clueless about fb it’s workings.
Those 2 just seem to keep on having leniency showed to them.

Maybe the death penalty may make people think twice before committing these heinous crimes where families and lives are ripped apart, this current knife crime culture is truly shocking.
