Can anyone tell me the selling agents commision rates please?  Is vat added?

The agent normally charges both the buyer and seller 3%...

Depends on what you can negotiate with the agent.

Generally 3% from both buyer and seller.

3% is what we recently paid.

We paid 6%. Don't think they have VAT

Yes, sorry, we paid 6% in total as we paid the vendors' commission too.
