Hi can anyone tell my wife if you buy caster sugar in Caslis,if so what is it called.

No caster sugar. But you can take ordinary sugar and whizz in a food blender.......

Just don't whizz for too long or you'll get icing sugar!!  Virtually any recipe that calls for caster sugar can be substituted for granulated sugar.  :)

Granulated sugar works just as well as castor sugar in cakes, but there is a finer sugar with the word Kristal on the packet and you can get this at Kipa . It comes in a clear plastic bag. Hope this helps.
