Try cheap fights or kayak. Ive noticed lately when i am looking for manchester flights only Turkish airways come up(one stop). I get others with the other two and also Jet2 and easyjet own sites

Thomas Cook have done a couple of direct flights over the Xmas period in the past. However giving the number of flights they have canceled I will be surprised if it happens this year....

If you're happy with Stansted, best bet would be Pegasus via Istanbul with a change there, but virtually straight through. Approx 1pm from Stansted, arrival Dalaman 8pmish. Early depart from Dalaman arriving back in Stansted approx 12 noon
