Now Kim Jong-un is getting into the nickname game. He has just called Donald Trump a 'dotard'.
Unfortunately, Kim isn't wrong as The definition is....
Noun 'an old person,especially one who has become weak or senile'.
Round 1 to Kim, Me thinks.

I liked the "deranged gangster" bit. Good to know that the lives of all the people on the planet are in the hands of a couple of sages who have such a good a command of English-language invective.
