Hi, hope someone can help. Is it possible to apply for 'living permission' without going through the agent/builder?. I have the Tapu but, due to the builder being very strapped for cash, he is dragging his heels regards 'living permission' If I can apply by myself has anyone got any idea of costs etc. and how to go about it? Thanks.
