Shangai Blue owner is Kai & is Chinese,he has a chinese chef & beleive me you will absolutley love the food, next time your in town give it a go,they have a set menu for £6 so you don't need to splash out a fortune to find out..guarenteed the best..he use to manage the one at the top of the high street opposite Midas Touch jewellers.we have an apartment & the family insist that were  there on the fisrt night when in town...honest - were not on commision just passing on our knowledge..enjoy Turkey folks

I used to use Dragonara but I personally think that the food is very salty and portions are quite small, much prefer Shanghai Blues.Went in to Peking Palace once and both me and my husband were not very well the next day.
