We made our first trip to Gocek last week to the Sunday market. Had to say I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived there. Prices in restaurants and bars for a supposedly upmarket place were no different to what we had paid in Calis, possibly cheaper. We went by boat from Fethiye harbour, £5 including transfers but not including a meal as you get two hours to wander round the market or have a meal and then its off to an island for choccy pancakes! All in all worth going for anyone that hasnt been.
Changing the subject a bit, just wondered if anyone has met Sufi, he runs sailing tours from Fethiye on his own boat. What a character!!
