try Kanguru along the seafront as you go towards calis....run by a qualified Uk chiropodist and she has a proper disinfecting machine for metal implements which most Turkish places dont bother with. Another good oen is Goldfinger up in Hisaronu open Mon Weds and Fri and again, run by a British girl who adheres to hygiene standards
