the offices open at 9am and close 5 or 6pm. The office isn't open on a saturday. If you can't get there on the Friday before they close, you would have to wait till the Monday to settle the bill. If the electric has been cut off they normally reconnect you in the afternoon if you settled the bill in the morning. If you settle the bill in the afternoon then it would be early evening before you would be reconnected.

The bill that is issued to your property shows all of the electric used and rates that you are charged.
