What about a trip to Antalya if you are buying your outfit in Turkey. There are some good clothes and shoe shops there.

Hi Jackie - I find often in Turkey the fabric isn't suitable for high temperatures.  I would suggeest you shop for the fabric you want in the UK, find a design you like or draw your own and take it Sevgi the tailoress opposite the Meri Bar - she is very good and very reasonably priced.  She can copy things and has made me things from drawings I have done. by reasonable I'm talking 20 lira if you supply the fabric for a top, skirt or trousers. It only takes her a few days and her English is ok.  That way you will have exactly what you want. You cna choose shoes, bag and a hat in the UK to match the fabric :-)

Jacqui, if you are wearing a hat make sure it is extra secure, mine was very light but although clipped it never stayed in the intended position, so allow for the wind. ;)
