I was wandering if any of you have moved to turkey with babies or small children, and if so how have they settled in or what if any problems have you encountered?
We have a property on telemessos at the moment and are thinking of moving to turkey next year but this is my main worry as our daughter will only be about 12months old by then.
I will appriciate anyone views or experiences

thanks karen

Hi Karen

I have 2x 4 year old twins (3 when we moved here) and I can't think of any negative points whatsoever.

Nursery beats anything I have seen in the UK, Turkish people genuinely love kids (and therefore my kids love Turkish people), the schools are great and the lifestyle is just as good for kids as it is for us adults.

Healthcare is great, the sun shines, the diet is better etc etc etc

I wouldnt have any hesitation bringing your kids here to grow up. They are taught very well at school and have more respect for teachers and elders. The lifestyle is healthier as is the diet.I cant agree more with what has been written by Scunner above.
