Hi Ladies of Uzumlu, just to let you know that I shall be holding a middle eastern/belly dance workshop on Wednesday 23 November to see if there is any interest in a regular different type of excerise class in Uzumlu. Belly Dance was originally a dance for women by women and so sorry chaps it's ladies only. The venue is the Uzumlu Park Restaurant, Orta Kuyu Mevkii and starts at 10.30. The cost is 10 lira and this includes a soft drink! Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or need more information. ( I have had permission from Scunner to post this) Thanks

Shame as I would have loved to try this but it's the FIG Xmas Craft Fair, all day, at which I have a stall. Good luck

I would also would have liked, I used to have fun in the UK at a belly dancing class, admittedly I wasnt very good but its fab exercise and fun!!
But I will also be at the Craft Fair, manning FIGs Tombola. Also for me Uzumulu is a little too far to get to in a morning, anyone out there planning similar in Fethiye or Calis?

I hope to run a regular class on a wednesday morning if there is enough interest. If I think it's viable I will let you know and hope to see you another time.

I really enjoyed this on Wednesday.

It was great fun and I think I must have used some muscles that had not been used for years!!

Kate made it really simple and easy to learn.

There were only a few ladies, so it would be nice to see a few more in the coming week.

Just in case any one new may come on Wednesday, due to limited interest, the classes have been postponed until the New Year and will be held on a Thursday (same time, same venue) instead. The first class of the New Year will be on Thursday 12 January! Come and try a different way to keep fit and have fun! Thanks
