Tesco-style Hospitals

In the news today - calls for hospitals to be run like Tescos! I suppose this means that notices over people's beds will say "TWO VISITORS OR LESS", giving birth to twins will be encouraged by "HAVE ONE GET ONE FREE", all the land with planning permission for hospitals will be bought up to stop competitors from building there and all small local hospitals will be driven out of the NHS to clear the way for hyperhospitals.
