This was a green field site four weeks ago in Keciler. It's one of three properties being built within 250 metres of us.

That's progress for you, Turkish style, no discussion with present residents, no appeals procedure, but plenty of frickin' back-handers !!  >:( >:(

It was only 10 years ago that Green Valley/Deliktas was pretty much empty - now there must be next to no land to build on at all. I must agree with Gordon that there is a sad lack of planning in all this - places like Deliktas and Koca Calis could have been built round a new town square, maybe with a parade of shops - but there is no provision for any of that - just house after house.

Must be a Turk building that, I just hope it's not a yabanci paying for it, only to end up with no money and an illegal house.

The only way to preserve a view is to buy it!

We were offered that land about 12 years ago. We turned it down because, even then, it was too busy for us around that part of the valley.

That's dodgy ground.

Not the land, quoting rumours...
