My experience has been OK.  I see them/experience them very much as a Turkish lokky likey Easyjet, but with not such a good website.  On which point if you are booking with them on their website do not use Chrome web browser, they have a lot of technical problems with that, and possibly other browsers too, so use Internet Explorer.

Have used them many times without problems. Just one point, they do not have any duty free booze, so stock up in Manchester if you want any.

A few years ago I rescued a lady CBF member who I had found in tears at Dalaman after Pegasus had cancelled her homeward flight and NOT notified her !!

We use them regularly without any problems. Only thing to say is they are very hot on their baggage allowance.

We used them in 2009 and they were fine. The surprise was the cabin attendant believing the 'no smoking' rule only applied to passengers and having a sneaky fag in the loo!

We are also flying from Manchester with the same airline, we have flown with them a few times from Aberdeen and no complaints.
