Title: TTNet and Sky fibre net
Post by: Karennina on June 19, 2018, 17:03:24 PM: Has any members got broadband with either of these companies if so, can u tell me how much installation was for which co all in and then how much per month and also if i have to have like a 2 year contract? Grateful for any info thank you :)

Post by: stoop on June 19, 2018, 17:41:00 PM: We have Skyfiberbet. Can’t remember the set up cost but I’ll check. We now pay for three months which is 400tl.

Getting just over 10mbps and it’s usually stable. However they have had issues with a power supply this week which they are due to fix tomorrow.

The6 are very responsive to messages and tend to keep us informed about problems.

Post by: Karennina on June 26, 2018, 16:12:42 PM: Thank u Stoop...we decided to go with Finet went in Friday and arranged it they said “ technical services” be here to install today or tomorrow, noone has showed up today, so really hoping tomorow someone will come, iv tried phoning the numbers we were given with no luck!

Post by: Karennina on June 30, 2018, 05:48:38 AM: Well thats TTNET off the list for us...so its now Saturday and noone has arrived so we dont want to use them now...I was in the Vodaphone shop the other day, the 2 girlies spoke no English on the way out i picked up a leaflet and it looks like they do an unlimited monthly offer of 70tl which works out cheaper in the long run for 12 months, any members use Vodaphone in their home if so what is it like please re speed buffering etc ?

PS. The phone is cheap to use if phoning UK.

My friend lived in Çalış for several years and her Vodafone internet was pitiful. Poor connection, always breaking up, hard to connect to...

Also so many people over on holiday have Vodafone for the free roaming that you might find summer time there's a higher usage which may mean slower internet for you.

Personally we have always used TTNet without any real issues in 15 years and glad we waited for feedback about these other companies and their super dooper offers and high speed promises before considering a change for the sake of it because I am always seeing people moaning about their internet being down, getting no reply from their offices, being without internet for days, internet is slow, buffering, blah blah blah

Spoke to the English speaking person on the phone at the TTNET customer services
and it seems fine since, but other people I know with different companies are having trouble
watching television in the evenings.

Only place we struggled was Pumukale.
