Selvi Elver Apartments
« on: April 06, 2011, 14:03:31 PM »
We are looking at apartments for August and have come across the Selvi Elver apartments, which seems to offer a good deal. Does anyone know anything about them? - location, facilities etc.

Any other options for an apartment for two would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Rob

If you look at scunners arial photo of Zakkum villas you can see selvi elver to the north on the right hand side. They have been there for some time comparitively, they are 3 storeys high and have 1 pool. Is next door to the cemetry and about 10 minutes walk to the beach. Residents mainly turks.
Has a dolmus service every hour on the hour to Fethiye.
hope this helps

Selvi Evler is well located, as Frank says about 10 minutes easy walk to the prom and also the apartments are very spacious with nice big balconies. Gardens are really lovely and the pool is a good size. You can't even see the cemetery from 99% of the complex, but at least the neighbours are quiet  ;)

Owned an apartment in Selvi Evler for 10 years.
great quiet location, 10mins to the prom,
Great size pool with children's section, well kept gardens,
children's play area, good security.
I would recommend to any one.

Thanks for the feedback guys - it's really helped to make our minds up. We don't mind the neighbours next door - at least we won't disturb them when coming back late from having a few shandies :)
