As per title:

I'm looking to spend the winter in Calis prior to possibly making the "jump" on a permanent basis. I'd like to rent a fully furnished 2 bed apartment for approx 6 to 9 months from the middle of September to sometime around April/May 2012 (flexible on dates!).

"Must Haves" are a decent shower & air con/heating, "would likes" are central to the Calis beach area (as opposed to the Gunlukbasi Road etc.) & a balcony (sea view even better!).

Am happy to provide any references required, either from local residents in the Calis/Fethiye area or from the UK.

PS: Would suit someone who normally "locks up" for the winter & would like their property looked after so no mould/damp etc to open up in the spring!

What are you looking to pay?
I may be interested in renting to you. My apartment isnt in Calis though. Its half way between Calis and Fethiye.

I wish (like many others I'm sure) I could run a transfer service, used to do just that from Gatwick for several of my clients! Guess it'll be just a little old scooter for a while now, mind you at 30tl per year insurance as opposed to £1623 I'll live with it lol.

I bet, be fun going through the tunnel to the airport with them on board, be cheaper than A2B though!:D
