how much approx to rent a house 2/3 bedroomed in calis/fethyie area longterm

could anyone please let me know approx how much it is to longterm rent a 2/3 bedroomed house in fethyie/calis beach area. also does anyone know of such running costs as i am thinking of living in turkey

Probably 600-700TL per month, you may get it cheaper if you negotiate a long term rental (possibly 3-5yrs) if you are sure this is where you want to reside.  Get all rental agreements notariased and any other costs like maintenance etc thrashed out so you know who is responsible for what.

You might be better doing a 'trial' run, perhaps taking in some of the winter months.  It's different living in Turkey from being on holiday.
Once you take the BIG plunge you could think differently.  As was previously stated 600 - 700 ytl a month is realistic.  You have to think differently when it comes to shopping as all the things you like in the UK are expensive in Turkey, IF you can get them.  Socialising is the way of living and when you're in your own place, you might want internet access which all adds to your monthly costs.  Good luck.
