house hunting

hi my husband george and myself (pat) are going to fethiye
in june on holiday but this time it special cos we are looking
for a house to buy we want to live there as soon as we can
we are looking for something reasonable in price then maybe we can
bank some money and maybe move there soooner we need advive on both subjects

There are some really nice properties available on Calis Beach at the moment, if you feel advetureous you can drive inland where there are countless hidden treasures now they have relaxed the law on where you are allowed to buy ( as long as it's not classed as a millitary zone )

But be quick, my house has appreciated in value by 40% in the last 18 months.
