Hello to all the members of this site.
I am new to all these forums so please don't laugh.

I am flying out to Antalya on the 16th Dec from Manchester to hopefully buy a villa, somewhere in Turkey.

Any advice that you can give me would be a big help.
I have everthing in place so i just need to find the right property.

The forum has been a great help so far as it covers alot of information.

I really want a villa on this complex..........any left!

Is anybody else flying out on the same day, or is there anyone who will be in Fethiye on the 16th - 23rd Dec who can assist me.

Thankyou.

Ronan Watts   :D

Hi Ronan,

Welcome to the forum. I trust when you say "this complex" you mean Calis Beach. Or do you have a specific complex in mind - such a Telmessos or Saglik?

Have you arranged to view any properties yet?

Thanks for the reply's.
Stoop i have arranged to look at a couple of properties with a company called Hallmark Properties.

Has anyone used them in the past, and if so are they reliable.

Ronan,

Corinne and Heidi will look after you - no probs. We bought through them and things went through fine.

We used their recommended soilcitor for our own peace of mind and she was quite thorough. We paid for a translator also. I think this cost around £350 in total (see link on breakdown of costs.)

Make sure you have a good look at the property. Remember they are women ( sorry ladies - no offence meant ) and estate agents and they are not really clued up on structure etc. Some of the properties we looked at needed lots of work. We were lucky that my mate, Jim is very technically minded and he spotted things that I did not notice.

Good luck and let me know how you get on. Ask anything else - or contact me direct via email.
