Title: What do you miss most 2

This one is aimed at those living in the UK but miss something they eat or drink in Calis.

I'll start:

I really miss the lovely fresh bread each morning along with the fresh eggs, 'feta' style cheese and wonderful beef tomatoes.

Second only to the Efes of course ;)

ps - what do they call that cheese?

The things I miss most are the tomatoes,spinach,cherries and the fresh sqeezed orange juice and pomegranate when in season.

Efes - Tesco sell 375ml bottles or you can go to any Witherspoons and get the real ting (500ml bottles just the same as Turkey - and cheap too).

Apple Tea - not looked for it as it's too sweet for me but I'm sure you will be able get it somewhere.

You can get Apple Tea in Whittards of Chelsea. I bought some but i don't think i've opened it yet as i've always brought it back from Turkey.

I miss chicken sizzling dishes, pide and the big puffy breads at the start of meals  :)
